Terms of Service

You must be 18 years or older to receive services. I reserve the right to refuse and refund your service. I reserve the right to change or remove products, services, and prices at any time.

I am not a licensed doctor, lawyer, or psychiatrist. The tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only. Reiki, Chios, and energy healing sessions are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. Physical Item Shipping Policy

We offer FREE USPS First-Class shipping (3-7 days) on all orders to the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia . If you’re located in Alaska or Hawaii, we will still send via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, but we need to charge you a little bit to help cover the additional shipping cost. Currently we don’t offer international shipping or expedited shipping, but we most likely will in the future.

You’ll receive an e-mail update with a tracking number when your item has been shipped so you can keep an eye on it.

We can’t control and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or bad weather.

Physical Item Return Policy

We want you to love your items! If you’re unhappy for any reason, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to work with you to make it right. Keep in mind, due to the handmade nature of the physical products, they may have slight variations from photos.

Physical items that are new and unused may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund or store credit.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless it’s due to an error on our end.

All sales of gift cards and digital items are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

Personal Services Refund Policy

There’s a strict no refund policy on personal services that have been completed due to the nature of the work. (The only circumstance is if I refuse a service, then a refund will be issued.)

All other products and services are eligible for a refund within 30 days if you’re unhappy for any reason. Simply contact customer service and we’ll resolve the issue with you as soon as possible.

Personal Services Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you must cancel your appointment before your order completed, there will be a 25% cancellation and processing fee.

  • There are no geographical limitations.

  • The winners will be announced via e-mail after the giveaway ends.
