I felt tingling in my solar plexus. I then felt guided to my heart chakra where I was lead to say “I love you” to myself. When you were at my throat chakra I felt like I had something in my throat and needed to clear it!
I had my eyes closed and noticed a lot of white flashing lights and within minutes I felt so much lighter and at peace within myself. I’ve also noticed feeling less anger and resentment towards my husband, which makes me happy.

Thank you so much Grace for your kind, caring, and loving energy. I reached out to Grace for an extra boost after an in-person Reiki session I had a while ago. The energetic connection was so strong that when she mentioned I had tensions on my shoulder and upper back, I felt it while I meditate and receiving the healing session from her.
